MISSING #5: Watson

Ok folks, crunch time! Moriarty has posted a riddle on his own personal blog. The 'BOOM' doesn't sound partically good:

Sundays are boring,
Shoppers are hunting,
At 17.04,
Londons heart goes BOOM!


Gah. What is Moriarty doing? 17.04? Heart? Where is he? The drawing from John must have given some clue, surely...
We must find my friend. Mrs Hudson is terribly worried.
